The following links reflect the wide range of work being carried out by Kalwant Ajimal and his associates, collaborators and partners, working under different organisational arrangements as projects have matured and developed.

Our first major artistic productions started in 1995/06. The company formed for these areas of work, Asian Arts Access,  has a corporate website. Please see www.asianartsaccess.org

A Festival of Ephemeral Arts. Please see www.ephemeralarts.com This is one of the most successful festivals and is now in its sixth year. The festival's main strengths are: creative depiction of time-based culture, community engagement and partnerships with formal and informal education partners. We had a belief that the development of a blog would help to enhance participation and generate interest from potential artistic collaborators. This has been proved to be true. Please see the blog for a range of new developments http://ephemeral-arts.blogspot.com

Work on developing an artistic policy for Drumbeat, An International Festival of Percussionwas started as long ago as 1999. However, owing to pressure of consultancy assignments and other productions, Drumbeat-Heartbeat is now being developed for 2006 to 2012. Our approach to Drumbeat will be developed for open sharing in another blog http://Drumbeat.wordpress.com .

Work has also been started on addressing new priorities in cultural diversity. Our approach is summarised with a new terminology - Creative Diversity. An early stage draft of a website provides insights into our thinking www.creative-diversity.com  We have also responded to engage in critical debate and have created a platform for feedback from UK and international sources at http://creativedivesityrecruitment.wordpress.com The site will also help agencies, arts organisations and individuals to make connections, find associates and find staff.

Mirador Culture is also engaged in consultancy and advisory services. It is presently developing long-term partnerships with a number of key agencies and collaborators.
